Jacquelyn loves the tingle of triangle, the beauty of bow, and the wonder of wheel. After practicing yoga for over a decade, Jacquelyn received her yoga teacher certification studying with Lalit Kumar at the Himalaya Yoga Valley in beautiful Goa, India. She is a certified Reiki practitioner and has completed the intensive Chakra Awakening: Psychology of the Chakras course with Anodea Judith, founder of Sacred Centers. Jacquelyn's practice and classes focus on the body, mind, spirit connection by working with the Chakra system to open the energetic centers and promote the flow of energy. Classes are sprinkled with fun dashes of Ayurveda, herbalism, aromatherapy, Pranayama, sound healing, nutrition, and laughter as well as practical and positive intentions.
